Abstract
In order to assessment of the effect of bio-fertilizer phosphate-2 fertile on yield and yield components and physiological indices of Cumin (Cuminum Cyminum) under drought stress, an experiment was carried out at Agricultural Research Station, Shahed University, Tehran, Iran in 91-92 years. The experimental design was factorial based on randomized complete block design with two factor and three replicates. The factors were experimental treatments included three levels of irrigation (irrigation cutting after green stage, after flowering stage, and after seed formation stage) as main plots and two levels of biological fertilizers (bio-fertilizer inoculation, no inoculation) were arranged as subplots. At the end of the growing season, grain weight, hectolitre weight, economic yield, biological yield, harvest index and oil percentage, and oil yield were measured. The results of the analysis of variance showed that the effect of bio fertilizers on grain weight, hectolitre weight and harvest index was significant at P ≤ 0.01. The results showed that drought levels significantly affected the grain weight, hectolitre weight and water stress at P ≤ 0.01 and the biological yield, and essential oil percentage at P
≤ 0.05. The interaction of drought stress and biologic fertilizer was not significant in terms of all the studied traits.
