Abstract:

Introduction: In view of Amonz Spiritual Intelligence is comparative Application of Spiritual Information with Aim of Facilitating Daily problems solving And Achieve To goal. Organizational Commitment is Consist of positive or Negative Insight of peoples Relation to All of the Organization That Work on It. So Aim of This Investigation is studying Relationship between Spiritual intelligence and Organizational Commitment of youth Departments Stuffs of Golestan province.

Methodology: Correlation this study, and in field investigations was conducted. Statistical population all employees , male and female sports and youth departments of Golestan province (85) persons. Information collected by standard questionnaires Badi and Colleagues spiritual intelligence and organizational commitment of Allen & Meyer is done. The questionnaire of are approved by 10 members of scientific board. Cronbach’s alpha of questionnaires is obtained to all test (0/85) and organization commitment (0/72). After being normal confirmation of data by . Kolmogoroy-Smirnov test have used to determine correlation between variables of Pearson Correlation coefficient test and data analysis by spss20 Software.

Findings: findings of this investigation based on studying Spiritual intelligence relationship with Organization commitment by pearson test show that the correlation coefficient (r=0/294). And significance (0/006).

Conclusion: the results shows that the spiritual intelligence Have significance relationship with Organization commitment. It,s recommended to expertise of departments that they try to with Holding Increasing spiritual intelligence.

Scientific – executive message of investigation: The researchers recommended that studies related in the field of related to sports organizations such as the Organization of Physical Education and … compare their results.
