Regarding Procedures for Extension of Payment of Tuition and Other Fees
Please fill out and sign the "Application for Extension of Payment of Tuition and Other Fees ", and bring the completed application to the Financial Affairs Division counter or send it to the Financial Affairs Division by registered mail
so that it is received
by Tuesday, May 31, 2022.If your application for extension is approved, a notice of approval for deferred payment of tuition and other fees, and a transfer request form (payment form) with the extended payment deadline will be mailed to the address to which your payment forms are sent. If you have not received a notice from KUAS within 2 weeks of submitting your application, please contact the Financial Affairs Division.
The extended payment deadline after postponement is Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 23:59 JST. Please note that if the payment is not completed by the deadline, you will be dismissed from KUAS in accordance with Article 28 of the School Rules.
In addition, if you have not made the payment by the due date or have not obtained permission to have your payment deferred by Monday, May 2, 2022, we may send you a reminder letter.
【Procedures for deferment of payment of tuition for international student and others who cannot enter Japan】
If you are unable to enter Japan due to the spread of the new coronavirus, you may submit your completed and signed application for deferment of tuition fees by e-mail. Please send the scanned or photographed data to the following e-mail address so that it arrives by the deadline of May 31, 2022, 23:59 JST.
Please note that we do not accept e-mails sent by people other than the affected student.

A "Notice of approval for deferred payment of tuition and other fees" will be sent to you via Sentan Navi once your application for deferred payment has been approved.
【Abolition of installment payment system for tuition and other fees】
The installment payment system for tuition and other fees has been abolished as of the fall semester of 2020.
