¾ Handles assigned operation and maintenance responsibilities in accordance with
WOM standard processes and management practices in a safe and cost effective way in order to exceed the customer satisfactions.
¾ Supervise and provide technical support (hands-on maintenance) to engines and
auxiliary equipments in order to meet a maximum point of efficiency & be always in perfect conditions.
¾ Evaluate engines and auxiliary equipments operating conditions inclusive of
inspections to detect liquid leakages and premature failures.
¾ Troubleshoot mechanical aspects providing immediate solutions/actions.
¾ Maintain plant power production at the output designed by management.
¾ Participate in the implementation of plant safety policy program according to the
assigned plan so as to protect personnel and equipment in case of damage or failure of safety devices.
¾ Forecast needed parts for engine and auxiliary equipment based on operating
hours.
¾ Provide coaching/training of both skilled & unskilled motivated maintenance
personnel to assure good teamwork.
