ALGORITHM FOR THE DETERMINATION OF PHYSICO-MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF THE TWO-PHASE WATER SURFACE SOIL WITH A CALCULATED PATH. In the article, we discuss the issue of the unique solvability of a second-order weakly elliptic system with a variable leading coefficient in Hilbert space. The Sobolev space of the solution of the semiperiodic Dirichlet problem in a rectangle for a weakly elliptic system of the second order with a variable leading coefficient is determined.
