ORGANIZING STUDENTS' SELF-STUDY ON THE PROCESS OF MATHEMATICAL ANALYSIS AT A PEDAGOGICAL HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTION. ALGORITHM FOR THE DETERMINATION OF PHYSICO-MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF THE TWO-PHASE WATER SURFACE SOIL WITH A CALCULATED PATH. In the article, we discuss the issue of the unique solvability of a second-order weakly elliptic system with a variable leading coefficient in Hilbert space. The Sobolev space of the solution of the semiperiodic Dirichlet problem in a rectangle for a weakly elliptic system of the second order with a variable leading coefficient is determined. In addition, nonlocal estimates of the solution and its derivatives of the boundary value problem for a weakly elliptic second-order system in Hilbert space were determined.
