The article is devoted to the study of apostasy in the aspect of the Dante archetype in N. Didactics of the parable is shown in the author's signs of invasion in the narrative text.

The semiotics of the non-event is also analyzed in relation to the phonological organization of the text – the range of sound symbolism. The connection with the Dante archetype is shown in the genre of vision, which complements the ironic rewriting of the Dante archetype. It justifies the writing of apostasy as the destruction of Russia by the «old-fashioned landowners».

Key words: Gogol, «The Old World Landowners», the Dante archetype, «topos of the earthly paradise», apostasy, double event, the parable. The meaning of the text and the history of its development are updated over time.

In fact, taking into account the intensification of relations based on international contacts, loan words are one of the most important indicators. One of the most important subjects in language teaching to be studied in the context of the integration approach is loanwords. The article represents and analyzes names of the national and cultural reality of the Kazakh language belonging to the lexical and semantic field «FOOD».

Analysis of the names of national dishes from Kazakh cuisine made it possible to divide lexical units according to their thematic features, as well as to study the origin of the names and determine their percentage. During the work, three main thematic groups of the analyzed field were identified (names of dairy and cheese products, names of meat and sausage products and names of flour products). The results of the research led to the conclusion that the explanation of the semantics of national and cultural realities ensures their adequate perception and preservation of the role of the intercultural component of the lexical units under consideration in the process of interaction between language and cultures.

Thus, at the center of our attention was a culturally marked vocabulary, expressed by national and cultural realities, which contains background information and thereby reflects the culture of the people and ensures mutual understanding between speakers of different languages. As a rule, in order to preserve the national color of the work of reality, including onomastics (toponyms and anthroponyms), when translated into another language, they are not translated, but transcribed (Jeep- джип, drugstore- драг-стор, jeans - джинсы, blazer- блейзер, pullover- пуловер, Watergate- уотергейт, Mickey Mouse- Микки-Mayс), because they belong to the category "untranslatable in translation" [2]. The process of food intake can reflect not only the social and cultural condition of a single person, but also the national character of the whole people.

Kazakh people throughout their history since the formation of the nationality at the beginning of the XVI century on the basis of the Turkic-speaking tribes and until the state-territorial design of Kazakhstan in 1925 were essentially nomadic people. The presence of agriculture and cattle breeding in the Kazakh economy and the spread of the latter in the vast steppe area largely determined the nature and characteristics of Kazakh cuisine, which is the most stable element of the people's national culture. The cuisine of the Kazakh people is characterized by the special specificity of the products and, accordingly, their names.

The names of these units (in our case, dishes) belong to the national characteristics of Kazakh culture and form groups of realities that have no correspondences in other cultures and equivalents when translated into other languages. Of course, the ethnic cuisine of Kazakhs was significantly enriched in Soviet times and continues to develop due to the cultural exchange of other peoples, a well-developed restaurant network and progress in various sectors of the food industry [4]. The names of most meat dishes are not related to the composition of the raw materials.

Text formatting requirements

The main text of the paper should contain an introduction, the definition of goals and objectives, a review of works on the research topic, research methods, results / discussions, conclusion / conclusions - line spacing - 1, point "main line" - 1, 25 cm, justified alignment. All abbreviations and abbreviations, except those that are obviously familiar, should be deciphered when they are used for the first time in the text. Information about the financial support of the work is indicated on the first page in the form of a footnote.

A reference to a book in the main text of an article must be accompanied by an indication of the pages used (e.g. [1, 45 p.]). Unsolicited reference to unlicensed publications is not recommended (examples of reference list descriptions, reference list descriptions in English, see below in the sample article). At the end of the paper, after the list of references, bibliographic information must be provided in Russian and English (if the paper is in the Kazakh language), in Kazakh and English (if the paper is in the Russian language), and in Russian and Kazakh.
