Written and published by Nurgaliyeva E.N. Commentaries to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (3 editions in Russian and Kazakh languages), a textbook and a practical manual on Labor law (in Russian and Kazakh languages), as well as monographs and scientific articles are used in the process of teaching the disciplines for undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs, as well as preparation of students, Master’s and PhD final works.

She was a member of the Commission on Human Rights under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan (2003–2012),
