The session was held in the form of a business game. The game was based on the competition factor, forms of group work, and handouts. The purpose of the open class is to introduce students to the ABC method.

The purpose of ABC analysis is a simple, convenient and visual ranking of any resources in terms of their contribution to profit or sales. Thanks to this ranking, you can correctly prioritize activities, focus on the use of limited company resources (labor, time, investment, etc.), identify excessive use of resources and take timely corrective measures.
