Exhibition of the results of the ERASMUZ + projects at the Eurasian National University after named L.N.Gumilev
In Astana, an exhibition of the results of PPVO Erasmus + projects and the Information Day of the program in Kazakhstan took place. This event brought together more than 170 representatives from 14 regions of higher education institutions from all over Kazakhstan, embassies of EU countries and other interested organizations. The event was organized by the National Office of the Erasmus + program in conjunction with the European Union Delegation in Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Council of Rectors of Kazakhstan, with the support of the Executive Agency for Education, Audiovisual and Culture of the European Commission. The event was attended by the Head of the Cooperation Office of the EU Delegation in Kazakhstan Mr. Johannes Stenbek Madsen, the Vice Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Askhat Aymagambetov, the Rector of the Eurasian National University. L.N.Gumileva, as well as the Chairman of the Council of Rectors Yerlan Sydykov, the national coordinator of the Erasmus + program in Kazakhstan Shaizada Tasbulatova, the faculty and students, undergraduates of ENU. Widely recognized as one of the most successful EU programs, Erasmus + is a concrete example of the positive impact of European integration and international interaction. A special place among the components of the program belongs to the projects on “Capacity Building for Higher Education” (VELP) aimed at promoting the development of higher education in the country. Most of these projects presented their results at the exhibition.

"Development of a two-tier innovative program in microelectronic engineering"
DOCMEN developed by the department "Space technology and technology" took III place of honor among 18 projects of PTVO of Kazakhstan. The aim of the project is to support the modernization of higher education in microelectronics at target universities of the Republic of Kazakhstan through updating two-tier programs in accordance with the new developments in this field, taking into account the demand on the labor market in accordance with the Bologna process and best practices. The coordinator of the educational project "Development of a two-tier innovation program in microelectronic engineering" DOCMEN is a professor of the department of CT and D.S. Ergaliyev, responsible for the project: the head of the department Zhakupova A.E. as well as teachers of the department: Kerimbai N.N., Seksenbaeva R.B., Prmantaeva B.A., Anuar G.A., Ashurov A.E.
