At the same time, the author tries to convey the view of the theory of mentalism in linguistic folklore, combined with cognitivism, through the categories of pragmalinguistics. That this is related to the language of thought also increases the significance of the problem. In the course of the study, methods and techniques of ethnolinguistic, cognitive and pragmatic study of linguistic and folklore unity were used.
As a result, in recent years we have noticed a decrease in the pragmatic and cognitive potential of the said proverb. The results and conclusions of the study can be used in pragmatic cognitive research, paremic dictionaries.

Along with examples of the accepted classification of monuments written in the Kipchak language, the article presents a classification of works in the Mamluk-Kipchak language according to content. The article examines historical toponyms in the Tarbagatai district of the East Kazakhstan region. The legends of the Tarbagatai region in Kazakh toponymic folklore, and the meanings, have been studied. The names of settlements in the territory of the Tarbagatai region have the form of toponymic myths and legends preserved in people's memory.
Examples are given from the first paper documents about Altai, Tarbagatai and Zaisan in the works of Russian explorers of the XVIII century. Folk versions of the Tolagaj legend are compared and the origin explained.

The widespread introduction of spontaneous speech recognition technologies makes it possible to improve the oral speaking skills of specialists in various fields of knowledge. A scheme for creating an algorithm for recognizing spontaneous speech in the aspect of language communication, taking into account the characteristics of the speaker, is presented. The authors intend to use the method of verbal communication to improve the properties of recognition of spontaneous oral speech from a position related to certain models of linguistic units: lexical, semantic, morphological.
The ultimate goal of the proposed model is the formation of a spontaneous speech recognition process in the context of linguistic communication. This method of speech communication implies further improvement of the characteristics of spontaneous speech recognition from a position related to particular models of linguistic units.

The concept of "loneliness" in the conceptual and linguistic picture of the world (based on the works of S. Zhunissov). The article analyzes the manifestations of the concept in various discourses during the study of the concept. The concept of "loneliness" has always seemed to be a pervasive cultural symbol, as well as a symbol of the human condition in an era of social, moral and metaphysical crisis, as well as the real condition of man in the world at large.
We see the perspectives for research in the further study of the concept in other types of discourse, the expansion of the research material, the deepening of discourse and concept in their relationship. In addition, the study of the concept of loneliness can serve as a basis for the study of concepts that are close to it in semantic content, but have a narrow range of phenomena covered.
Although some scholars assume that reading and writing skills are "two sides of the same coin" (Ehri, 2000; Perfetti, 2003), because both decoding (reading) and encoding (writing) processes require understanding. Another important issue of the reading and writing relationship is their interaction, which plays one of the important roles in the language learning process. Language lexicon, word knowledge and literacy development of the learner can be determined by assessment of reading and writing skills.
