As part of the Decade of Science at the Department of "Standardization and Certification" was held scientific seminar "Actual problems of technical

regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan".

Within the framework of the traditional annual Decade of Science in ENU named after LN Gumilyov at the Department of "Standardization and

Certification" scientific seminar was held. Seminar theme: "Actual problems of technical regulation in the Republic of Kazakhstan."

The following issues were discussed in the framework of a scientific seminar:

- Development of technical regulations of the Customs Union;

- Penalties for legislation violations in the field of technical regulation and metrology;

- The process of national accreditation of medical institutions;

- Security issues in the sphere of nanotechnologies;

- Problems of technical regulation in the field of logistics in the Republic of Kazakhstan;

- Technical regulation in the field of traffic management and traffic.

The seminar was attended by the faculty of the department "Standardization and Certification", students and Master students, representatives of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry for Investment and

Development of Kazakhstan.

Scientific seminar was opened Head of the Department "Standardization and Certification", Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor Bayhozhaeva Bahytkul Uzakovna. In her speech she highlighted the issues of development of national standards, technical regulation principles. "Topical issues are oversight of compliance with technical regulations. According to statistics of the Office of control over the observance of requirements of technical regulations and sanitary measures of the Committee on Consumer Protection of the Ministry of National Economy, more than 25% of products in retail chains in Kazakhstan does not meet the requirements of technical regulations. Personnel involved in this or that

production, need to know and take into account the legislation in the field of quality, experience of foreign countries, the standards for the products. The department conducts joint research with the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry for Investment and Development of Kazakhstan, actively participates in the development of technical regulations. Currently, the department conducted research to develop EU market surveillance expertise to adapt the model for the reference to the Republic of Kazakhstan ", - she noted.

With a salutatory word addressed to all the leading expert of RSE

"Kazakhstan Institute of Standardization and Certification" of the Committee for Technical Regulation and Metrology of the Ministry for Investment and

Development of Kazakhstan Turumbaeva Ainagul Sergeevna, she gave details of current and future technical regulations and standards.

4th year student Kadyrhanova Balshyryn in her report touched upon the problems of technical regulation in the field of logistics in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Reported on the theme "Current issues of technical regulation in the field of space activities" made a 4th year student Abzhanova Gulmira.

4th year student Gladilova Anzhelika presented the report "Implementation of the national accreditation of medical institutions."

Bahytkalieva Zhuldyz, 4th year student of the specialty "Standardization, Metrology and Certification", presented a report on "Security issues in the field of nanotechnology industry."

With special attention was heard the report of the 3rd year student of the specialty "Standardization, Metrology and Certification" Aidekesheva Kundyz

"Changes in legislation of RK "About technical regulation ".

Teachers of the department and students took an active part in the discussions of the seminar.
