on the topic of «TECHNOLOGY DEVELOPMENT OF SELECTIVE EXTRACTION OF ORE AT COPPER PYRITE DEPOSITS»

1. The thesis consists of 64 pages

2. The number of applications - 0, figures - 5, 17 tables, literature -34 formula - 4.

3. Relevance of the work. On the rich deposits of Rudny Altai (Tishinskaya, Maleevskoe, Oryol, Artemyevskoe) among the many issues highlighted two: the rational use of reserves of complex ores and mine safety in the development of deep levels under dynamic manifestations of rock pressure.

One way to improve the efficiency of exploitation of rich ore is a complex transition to selective mining of ore of different grades of technology. Therefore, the development of selective extraction of complex ores technology is an urgent task.

4. The object of the study are deposits of Rudny Altai.

5. The subject of the study is the technology of selective ore extraction.

6. The aim is to develop technologies using rational order selective extraction of different grades of ore processing, based on the natural zonation of mineralization.

7. Research Methods. When the work was used a comprehensive research method used for the task: analysis of literature, field observations and experiments, pilot projects, numerical modeling, technical and economic analysis.

8. Research Tasks:

this goal the author provided the following objectives:

- Definition of rational ways to create protected areas in the selective development of the field;

- Assess the cost effectiveness of selective ore excavation.

9. Scientific provisions for the defense:

1 Selective extraction technology in the processing of ore types will increase the extraction of metals in concentrates.

10. Scientific novelty of research

- Reduction of losses and dilution in mining by 0.5% and 1.4%, respectively;

- Reduction of metal losses in the flotation tails when separate processing technological types of ores by stabilizing ore quality (reduction of metal contents coefficient of variation) of 0.5 to 4.72% for the different metals;

- Increasing the complexity of the use of ore reserves at separate processing technology types (increase in recovery of precious metals, the possibility of barite and pyrite concentrates);

11. The practical significance of the work

Validity and reliability of scientific statements, conclusions and recommendations made in the thesis, supported by the correct use of approved methods of investigation, analysis of the results of earlier research papers, practical processing of data on used units and checking the results of research in the production environment.
