РЕАБИЛИТАЦИЯ ГЕРОНТОЛОГИЧЕСКИХ БОЛЬНЫХ С ПАТОЛОГИЕЙ ОРГАНОВ КРОВООБРАЩЕНИЯ, ПОДВЕРГАВШИХСЯ ВОЗДЕЙСТВИЮ РАДИАЦИОННОГО ФАКТОРА
Следует отметить, что из 58 пролеченных больных ИБС у 27 была стенокардия (18,7%), у 11 - постинфарктный кардиосклероз, у 7 - недостаточность кровообращения II А степени. При анализе структуры заболеваемости выявлено, что все они страдают артериальной гипертензией II степени в сочетании с ИБС, при этом у 3 - постинфарктный кардиосклероз, у 5 - стенокардия и у 2 - недостаточность кровообращения II А стадии.

АКТУАЛЬНЫЕ ВОПРОСЫ ПРОФИЛАКТИКИ ПНЕВМОКОККОВОЙ ИНФЕКЦИИ ДЕТСКОГО ВОЗРАСТА
По данным ЭКО в 2009-2010 гг. зарегистрировано 2 случая менингита с летальным исходом; в 2010-2011 годах вообще не зарегистрировано случаев менингита с летальным исходом, возможно, в связи с внедрением вакцинации против пневмококковой инфекции. Как показывает мировая практика, вакцинация против пневмококковой инфекции снижает смертность от пневмококковой инфекции, вызванной такими заболеваниями, как пневмония, менингит, средний отит.

The paper presents the results of surveillance data to vaccinate children against pneumococcal disease children Semey and East Kazakhstan Oblast, Kazakhstan, where vaccination against pneumococcal disease was introduced into the national immunization schedule. Decreased incidence in the group of children who received the full vaccination course compared to children not vaccinated against pneumococcal disease: decreased incidence of pneumonia, acute otitis media and bacterial meningitis.
