1976 graduated Kazakh Pedagogical Institute named after Abay, faculty of Natural and geographical sience , speciality "Chemistry and biology".

1977-1988 – Teacher of chemistry and biology in high school named after N.K.Krupskaya, Ornek village, Zhambyl district area.
1979-1989 senior assistant of department of anatomy and human physiology of natural and geographical faculty of Kazakh Pedagogical Institute named after Abay.
In 1995. The academic degree of the candidate of pedagogical sciences is awarded by the Highest Certifying Commission of RK.
In 2004 The academic status "associate professor" is given by the Highest certifying commission of RK.
2006 – Defended the doctoral dissertation on theme
"Labour Education in the Kazakh National Pedagogics".
