5.6. Conclusion

As a conclusion, this chapter outlines the data results from the previous chapter and discusses the outcome of the analysis more in-depth. We can conclude based on the research, the online influential factors plays an important part in the hotel industry today. One of the most notable construct was the eword-of-mouth that was highly significant throughout all categories of the hotel.

All in all, the chapter included implications in both managerial and governmental aspect. An outlined the limitations of the research indicated that several parts of this analysis could have been accessed differently, specifically understanding the country of origin and an increase in sample size. Lastly, the chapter provided several recommendations for future studies based on the limitation and new research gaps that were uncovered throughout the progress.
