CHAPTER 7: CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION
7.2 Recommendation
There are four recommendations for the application system that we were able to conclude throughout the system testing questionnaire from figure6.2.3.2 . One of the future enhancements of the application that can be done is to support the export and import data feature. User is able to export a backup out of the application and keep it in the storage of the device. It brings convenience to the user to import data into the other devices.
Besides, From the survey we gathered, some users wish to share their files via Bluetooth and WhatsApp. Therefore, we can add this feature to the application to facilitate the sharing process. Moreover, from the survey result, some user feels very troublesome adding personal details one by one when registering an account. Therefore, they recommend synchronizing the user's profile data to the application through an existing email or social network account instead of entering all the personal information on their own. For the data input side, a respondent recommends adding speech to text features to improve the efficiency of the system. They think this will be much more convenient to use voice to add the transaction instead of manual typing.
For user interface design of the application, there are a few improvements we can make on it. Some users feel that the interface design is more to the girl's preferences. Apart from that, one of the respondents thinks the balance that shows in the dashboard of the homepage should be highlighted in red colour once it shows a negative value. Therefore, we will make an adjustment to it by designing the application from a unisex perspective too and setting the font colour to red colour once the expenses are higher than the income. We will improve the application in future.
