1. Vice Principal and Head of Academic Department (Mdm. Ling Soon Ching)
• For this year, recess time for all students will be change to 10:05am- 10:35am and 12:35pm-1:05pm
• ECA will be cancelled forthis Saturday(05/01/19) and the following Saturday(12/01/19)is student holiday.
• Foreign students are remain in the class during the PT3 lesson to do their homework except basic Chinese lesson.
• Foreign students need to study PT3 Science and Mathematics due to the dual languages study.
• Next Friday(11/01) will beschool opening ceremony. Today(02/01/19) no ECA class so the dismissed time is 1:45pm.
• All the students are required to submit holiday homework on or before 18/01/19.
• Introduce new admin head :Vice-director of Academic DeptMr. Leong Min Zhi, Head of ECA Dept Mr. Chew TeckSeng, Executive
DirectorMdm.ChongPui Cheng.
2. Head of Discipline Department (Mr.Sean Dominic Wong)
• Advised female students to tie up their hair properly and pay attention to their uniform. Tight and short skirts are not allowed. Should there be any doubt, students can refer to the student’s handbook to comprehend the designate rules.
• Tattoo and Henna are strictly forbidden by the rules.
• All students, especially newbies, have to take note of their absentism.
They have to apply for leave and within 3 days after coming back at the discipline department .
• Students applying for leave, should do so at the old block discipline office or L’ block office.
• All students must make sure their appearance and uniform conform with the school rules and regulations and follow 4 right 3 must(四正三要) during lesson.

3. Head of General Affairs Department(Mr. NeohCheeWai)
• If any class isshort of table, chair, broom, wast paper basket, etc, the class teacher or student is able to applyto the General Department, You are also required to filling up the form.
• Students are not allowed to leave their books in theclassroom after school dismissal.
• For those who drive to school, they should fill up form and should make the application from today(02/01/2019) to
nextFriday(11/01/2019) .Students will receive a sticker after the
application is approved by the authority then they have to stick it on the windscreen of their vehicle.
• Both car lanes in front the hall arefor driversto stop briefly.Student should inform parents to be awareof this regulation.
• The back gate will close at 7:45am. Students can only go in through the front gate and walk in when the back gate is closed.
• Canteen food is only permitted to be consumed at canteen. Students should should also return the plates and bowls to the designated area after eating.
4. Second Vice Principal(Mdm. Qui Lee Lee)
• The application of BRIM 2019,the information is below:
-Student must be of Malaysia nationality;
-Senior 3 students are not included in the scheme;
-The total family income should be RM3,000 or below;
- Application starts from today(02/01/2019) to next Monday(07/01/2019);
-Class teachersare requested to help the students to apply;
5. Principal(Leong Ping Chow)
• Touched on ‘四正三要’.
• Teachers and students should understand their responsibilities (ie. teaching and learning) and strictly adhere to this.
• Stressed on‘礼义廉耻’and explained the school’
