First of all, we want to thank our creator, Allah s.w.t for His guidance and help in helping by giving a strength to us for completing our assignment. We feel very grateful that we are able to complete our ENT530 Social Media Portfolio assignment without any problems.
The next one is, we would like to thank our parents for helping us in our assignment by providing some support and advice to complete our assignment.
Without a helping from them, this project will not be completed successfully and we might not feel motivated to complete our assignment.
Besides that, we want to show our gratefulness towards our ENT530 lecturer, Madam NorFazlina for guiding and helping us in completing our assignment throughout this semester. Without a guidance and support from our lecturer, we might be lost and might not have complete this assignment successfully. Our lecturer has given her efforts to help us with our assignment.
Lastly, we want to thank our friends and classmates for helping us to like and support our business page in Facebook and purchase our products. They have give us a lot of strength to continue with our assignment and give a lot of support to us.
We are really grateful towards them and really appreciate their efforts for helping us throughout this semester.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We are really grateful having this opportunity and chances to open the business of AJ Popia. Besides, we learn on how to communicate with people and giving them a great customer service. AJ Popia has become well know among our family and friends. We are really blessed having them as our customer and providing our first products business. All of our family and friends really supporting us by buying our products and follow us through Facebook page.
AJ Popia starts by selling two types of crispy popia which is Popia Nestum and Popia Cheese. A lot of customer had bought our best-selling products which is Popia Nestum. Popia Nestum received many positive reviews by our family and friends. We using Facebook platform to promote and update our business and communicate with customers through WhatsApp. All of our customers are really happy and satisfied with our products.

4.1 Name and address of business
AJ Popia Shop is the name that we have decided to put as our business name. The original name of AJ Popia Shop is from the initial alphabet from our name which is A
& J and Popia is because we sell popia for our business. Our motto is “Sekali makan pasti termimpi-mimpi”. This is because we want people who try our crunchy popia will make them non-stop to eat the popia. The tastiness of it will make them dream about eating it. As for our target market, we are targeting children, teenagers and young adults that are range from the age of 11-30 years old to buy our products.

AJ Popia Shop is a partnership business form that consists two owners which are Nur Atiqah and Jemima. Since our business is new to business industry and still a small business, we have only two owners and did not have any staff below us.

Every business has their own mission and vision statement in order to operate their business. Therefore, we have made our mission and vision for our business so that we know what to achieve in short- and long-term goals.

4.4 Description of Products and Services
AJ Popia is a business that sells food products which are crunchy popia.
Popia is a spring roll that has been cut into thin pieces then fried with oil and coated with two flavors which are nestum and cheese. The process of making it is quite easy and that is the reason why we choose to do and sell this product for our business.
We offered two flavors of popia which are nestum and cheese. The reason why we choose these two flavors is because they are the most common flavors that people like. The tastiness and spiciness that are included in both flavors are the reason why most people are attracted to try and taste it. We want our customers to be satisfied with our products.
For the services, AJ Popia offers cash on delivery services and postage services towards customers who buy our products. The area for the delivery is around Bandar KInrara, Shah Alam, and Puncak Alam. We charge affordable fees to our customers since most of our customers are still students.
Besides that, we also offer two sizes of jars which are small and big. Our customers can choose whether they want the small size of jars or big size of jars. We provide them two options for them to choose and follow with their preferences. If they only wanted to try it for the first time, they can buy the popia with small jars and if they want to purchase it again, they can buy the big size of the jars.

5.0 FACEBOOK (FB)
AJ Popia Shop has decided to create a Facebook Page to promote more about our products. We want to promote more to Facebook’s users and also people who are near our location. We want to spread more about our products towards people who have not tried our product yet.
On the other hand, we decided to promote our products using Facebook page is because, nowadays, people always using their handphone or laptop to buy item using online platforms which are social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, and many more. Using Facebook pages, people will know our products faster than reading it on brochures or pamphlets.
AJ Popia has promoted more of our own products on our own Facebook page with some teaser, hard sell and soft sell to attract more of our customers to buy our products.

6.0 CONCLUSION
As conclusion, AJ Popia is a business that sells 2 types of Popia flavour which is Popia Nestum & Popia Cheese. We sell not only through face-to-face method but also through online by creating FB Page. By conducting our business through Facebook page, we can promote, market, and provide services for our existing products among Facebook users. We are also able to post the latest updates for our products business. Promoting our business through social media can increasing customer satisfaction and service standards. It also gives us a direct access to our customer and enabling real-time customer interaction with businesses.
Besides, the social media platform not only given benefits to our business, but also to ourselves as well. We can follow and updated with the business trends nowadays by not only using Facebook, but also other available platforms where we can enhance our knowledge and skills in IT technology. It can keep us by developing with the new trends of promoting our products in business industry.
Therefore, as a new business promotion using Facebook page, we were able to achieve some of our goals with success and will be ongoing achieve of AJ Popia by targeting our customers and will enhance our promoting business through many available social media and improving our marketing strategy.
