EXECUTIVE SUM M ARY

This subjec t expose s about the business m anagem ent for the function and how entrepreneurship work s. This subject is also designed to expose young people on how to operatefor the ir ow n busine ss. This subject had num erous objective and guidance tha t will help the people.

Therefore, this is an a ttem pt to know how the theo rie s can help student to apply for their own career. As a student in UITM M achang, it is a part of study for everyone to undergo a case study project. For this purpose,I got the opportunity to research the m ilk com pany which is Zaileha M ilk Industry.

Firstly, in this report the general inform ation of the com pa ny ha s been collected.

Inform ation is gathered through m any resource s such as socia l m edia and by interview.

Secondly, this report contains the specialized subject study. The objective of this project is to work on the ir background, orga nizational struc ture, produc ts and services that Zaileha M ilk Industry provides. Next, I also study about the technology that used to m ake m ilks and dadihs, busine ss, m arketing and its operationa l strate gy u se d by the com pany as well as their com pany achievem ent regarding how they m anage their fina ncial. The achievem ents that their ga in from the m anagem ent were also been studied.

Last but not least, I have analysed their weaknesses, strength, opportunities and threats of this com pany in real business w orld by using SW OT analysis. Thus, from the needs and dem ands from existing consum ers, Ianalyse and finds solution to overcom e and fulfil their needs in Consum er Trend Canvas analysis. Therefore, this study will help stude nt in their future.
