This is very important because the efficiency and reliability of the system that will be developed depends on the choice of the appropriate open source. The idea of ​​the learning institution as it was a knowledge management system used as part of the learning method in the institution. Knowledge management deals with the utilization and development of an organization's knowledge assets in order to advance the organization's goals. With the advantages of component technology, software development can be based on existing components.

Each of the stages has its own role and use, how the author can relate it to the development of the system. As a result, the user can find out what level he is at, and the management can see the improvement pattern of the system user.

With the given time frame and adequate resources, the objective of this project has been achieved and the development of the system has proved to be very successful.
