First of all, thank to Allah , The Great Almighty for giving me the strength , ability and effort to complete this report in time. Without His consent, I would not able to handle this task properly.

Firstly, I would like to thank to our final year project coordinator, En Adzhar Abdul Kadir for his clear explanation , vital encouragement and support.

I would like to express my gratitude to those who have helped me either directly or indirectly. A special thanks to my dedicated supervisor , Puan Zolidah Kasiran for her help , guidance and enthusiasm throughout the whole process in completing this project.

ABSTRACT

This project is about to develop a system for the people who cannot understand the short form Bahasa Malaysia words when they received it. Nowadays many people use the SMS to save time and cost. This system involve between server and clients. The server will be install in a personal computer and a hand phone will be use as a client. The system only keeping the database short-form SMS Bahasa Malaysia from questionnaires from students. People can send the short-form words to the server through the sms gateway to know the meaning and the system will reply the answer.
