Completing this research was a challenging project for us. However, fortunately, we had the help of many parties who have made this task a success. All parties involved in the
completion of this research kept us motivated and on the course during all those when things didn't go as planned.
We would like to express my gratitude to our lecturer, Sir Mohd Ramlan Bin Mohd Arshad, who taught us many things about research and always gave a positive mind-set which she did not tell me that it would be difficult. We learn a valuable lesson about research in action.
Things didn't go as expected or planned. We have to make adjustments, but these adjustments must be justified and qualified. Thank you for the support, patience and ideas in assisting me with this project.
Our supervisor, Miss Shahidah Binti Abdul Razak deserves a special mention here. She was insistent on the meetings and deadlines which we did not quite appreciate then. But looking back, her toughness made us work harder and for that we will always be grateful.
Finally, this thesis is dedicated to our family for the vision and determination to educate us.
This piece of victory is dedicated to both of our parents, mum and dad. Alhamdulillah, we would like to thank God Almighty without whose blessings I will not have successfully completed this study.
