Vision: The goal is to make Malaysia a more environmentally friendly country and to take all necessary efforts to safeguard our environment so that it does not go to waste.
Company Background: Bamboo may be used for food, housing, and a variety of other purposes. Its rapid growth rate has made it a low-cost, sustainable, and efficient crop. We were affected by this situation and came up with a plan to transform bamboo into useful resources that would increase the sustainability of agriculture and food production, such as organic charcoal.
Product: Organic bamboo charcoal provides several benefits over other materials,
particularly in terms of source quality, because bamboo does not harm the environment or generate air pollution. It helps to boost the Ozone layer's air efficiency. Furthermore, our plan is to deal with the air pollution caused by common charcoal material, which might harm our ozone layers.
Market: Our products are aimed towards a worldwide audience. Considering our bamboo charcoal is superior to other forms of charcoal, it will appeal to a global market. It plays a crucial role in agricultural productivity, with demand growing over time.
Distribution Channel: Our bamboo charcoal is manufactured in a factory in Perak, Malaysia, and we distribute it all over the world.

Our organization is King Charcoal Sdn Bhd, which was inspired by our natural surroundings and is based on our major material product. The term "King" is utilized because we claim to be the first to cultivate bamboo, which can be used to make charcoal.
Bamboo is one of the primary sources from which we learn about the advantages of bamboo trees.
1.2 Nature of Business
Our product is called King Charcoal. Charcoal is a light, black carbon residue made by intensely burning wood (or other animal or plant sources) with little oxygen to eliminate all water and volatile components. Our bamboo is an organic sort of charcoal that is created organically by bamboo trees. We developed this concept in order to improve our planet's air pollution and the ozone layers, which can contribute to pollution.
1.3 Location of the Business
The address of King Charcoal Sdn Bhd is No. 20 & 20A, Jalan PP9, Sri Iskandar, Perak Tengah, Perak. We picked Seri Iskandar as our first location because we saw promise in industrial assets, particularly for long-term rental revenue. In terms of upkeep, industrial assets require less attention. It was also the busiest port, so it quickly spread word about our product and increased production and demand for our bamboo charcoal.

We want to launch our product on January 1, 2022. We feel that this is the finest choice for our product's fresh beginning. We had everything ready before the start. To provide the greatest service, we paid close attention to registration, marketing, research, and development of our first branch product.

The major purpose of this business plan is to assess the project viability and development potential of our company. It would be a possible opportunity for job candidates due to the rising number of fresh graduates from business schools nowadays. Science and technology will provide our people with greater information regarding environmental conservation.
We want to make Malaysia recognized for its capabilities to expand technology by exporting our goods across the world. This is due to the fact that other nations, who are also regarded as the most researched in hang charcoal, will have a requirement for researchers as well. This goal is very important for our young generation to repair pollution now and begin to green the globe again. Our bamboo is known as the most useful material for air pollution reduction since it has less toxicity than other materials.
2.2 To apply for loans or financing facilities from the relevant financial institutions
This business plan is used to contact King Charcoal Sdn Bhd in order to persuade any possible investor, such as banks, private or individual banks, suppliers, or government organizations. This document seeks to provide all possible investors with a comprehensive image of our company's concept and how it will be implemented. We want to make sure we meet all of the requirements, which include strong business and personal financial accounts, as well as business strategies. We chose to borrow money from the Maybank Branch. Their branch offers an RM500, 000 business loan. The payment term might last up to ten years. This fantastic chance will contribute in the growth of our firm even if the loan is not returned. Meanwhile, we have strengthened our abilities and ability to overcome corporate financial challenges and crises.
