3 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
“Surprise Delivery by AA” was founded as an online business, with Facebook serving as the primary platform for the business. This business offered items and delivery services to all of our consumers. We run our business by offering gift bouquets for various events such as birthdays, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and other special days that our customer can celebrate with their loved ones. We believe that sharing our gifts with our loved ones can deepen their bond even further.
We run this company as a partnership. Our company sells a variety of gift bouquets such as chocolate bouquets, flower bouquets, snack bouquets, and money bouquets. Our products are completely handcrafted by us with great care and attention to detail for each product that our customers want. Giving gifts is more than just a trend these days; it is also our way of expressing our admiration for the person we love the most. Aside from that, we offer "surprise delivery" to our customers in the Putrajaya area. The delivery fee was set based on the customer's location.
Our products are priced differently depending on the materials used and the amount of time it takes us to create one bouquet. We can create gift bouquets based on customer demands.
We choose Facebook as our primary site because it has a large range of options for businesses and is a simpler way for us to promote our items. Because of the large number of users on Facebook, we can attract more clients. We constantly update our Facebook page with information about our products and consumer feedback because we value it so greatly.

"Surprise Delivery by AA" was founded as a company that offers items and delivery services to their customers. We established this brand by providing gifts or souvenirs for any important occasions for their loved ones. Giving gifts to our significant others can be interpreted as a way for us to express our love for them. Our services and products not only produced a flower bouquet, but also a money bouquet, food bouquets, chocolate bouquets, and even our customers' particular requests. We stand by our company slogan, "Adore Your Wisher," which means we wish to do our absolute best to fulfil our clients' desires for their loved ones.

• The buckets will be filled with chocolates and flowers (customers’ choices). Design of the balloons and the notes on it can be decided by the customers.

• Decorated with a touch of ribbon and fake flowers
Elegance Bouquet Series RM60 • The flower bouquet shapes are similar to dress style patterns that represent elegancy.
• The bouquets will be decorated with various chocolates with a touch of ribbon and fake flowers.
Baby Blue Series RM60 – RM100 • Flowers bouquets were wrapped in a baby blue colour wrapping.
• Customers can also add-on chocolates of their choices and balloons.

This business is managed by a partnership. Our business offers a range of gift bouquets, including chocolate, flower, snack, and money bouquets. With great care and attention to detail, we entirely handcraft each of our customers' desired items. These days, giving gifts is more than just a fashion statement; it's also a means for us to show our respect for the one we care about the most. In addition, we provide "surprise delivery" to our clients in the Putrajaya region. The location of the customer was used to determine the delivery fee.
We can draw the conclusion that by operating our business through a Facebook page, we are able to advertise and market our goods and services as well as raise awareness of our current brand among Facebook users, particularly those who live close to our business location. We can also post the most recent information about a business activity or event through this type of platform. Additionally, it has advantages for both our company and ourselves since we are better able to stay current with industry trends by using platforms other than Facebook to further our IT knowledge and expertise.
Then, it will stop us from becoming out-of-date businesspeople and instead help us grow by keeping up with the pace of our growing economy. Therefore, as a start-up company using a Facebook page, we could accomplish some of our objectives with success and will continue to do so in the long term by continuing to expand and organizing by Surprise Delivery by AA business through other readily accessible online networks and as well as improving our marketing approach.
We would especially want to thank En. Raslan Nordin, our lecturer, for providing us with an excellent chance to complete this project. His unending assistance in seeing the project through over the course of the semester is honourable. We would like to thank our friends and classmates who helped us finish our project by offering their assistance and moral support throughout our project marketing.
