ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Completing this research was a challenging project for me. However, fortunately I had the help of many parties that made this project less difficult. Pn. Dayang Nursaufidah, Pn. Jennifah Nordin and Dr. Haijon Gunngut kept me motivated especially during all those moments when things were not going as planned. I thank them sincerely for being there in my moments of need.

My supervisor, Dr. Chua Kim Hing deserves a special mention here. He was full of resources and giving some advices and guidelines in doing my research. Nevertheless, looking back, his toughness made me work harder and for that I will always grateful.

I would like to thank my lecturers who taught me many things about research, but did not tell me that it would be this difficult. I learned a valuable lesson about research in action. Things do not go as expected or planned. We have to make adjustments, but these adjustments must be justified or qualified.

I would like to thank God Almighty for without those blessing, I will not have successfully completed this study.
