Entrepreneurship has become the new trend in the world nowadays and with a correct system it can help promote the growth of the development of the entrepreneurship part of the economy. This article looks at the problem that new entrepreneurs face in choosing the forms of ownership and how the development of the Business Ownership Selection System, a type of expert system, could help address these problems. This article will also look like experts' opinions and previous research on what makes an expert system a success and how to evaluate the success of the implementation of an expert system and how the research could help in the development of the expert system.
Furthermore, this paper will also explain the methodology chosen in the development of the system. The criteria and benefit of the chosen methodology and the activities and project framework designed based on the selected methodology. The paper will also explain about the findings of the data collected that prove the need for the ownership system.

To design an expert system that will help to choose the best form of business based on the data collected by the entrepreneur. To increase the success rate for the entrepreneur in relation to the business he chooses to enter.
