The exhibition will be held from Wednesday 21 – Thursday 22 February 2024.

The floor plan has been designed to ensure good visibility and access.

Maximum traffic flow will be encouraged by the placement of catering stations at key points in the exhibition areas for morning and afternoon tea as well as by constant referral.

The morning and afternoon tea/coffee break will be held in the exhibition area to make sure there are many opportunities for networking between delegates and exhibitors.

ADVERTISEMENT IN PROGRAM BOOK

The conference handbook will be given to all delegates/exhibitors/partners attending the conference. This advertising option will provide your company with excellent exposure.

These adverts are subject to confirmation upon completion of design of the conference book.

Booking Procedure & Payment Details

Booths will be allocated on a first come first serve basis. One power point will be provided per booth upon request.

All booking must be confirmed by payment the latest by 5th January 2024.
