ii ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
First, I would want to express my heartfelt appreciation to Allah S.W.T for allowing me to successfully complete my project assigned to us by our entrepreneurship instructor, thanks to His guidance and blessings. This work was completed with my entire effort, despite a few minor issues that arose along the process. Fortunately, I was able to solve all of the issues and complete the work successfully.
In addition, I like to thank University Technology MARA (UiTM) Campus Puncak Perdana, Selangor, for providing me with the chance to work on this project.
Next, I want to convey my deepest gratitude to Dr. Nurhuda Binti Haji Nizar, our entrepreneurship instructor, because I couldn’t have completed my assignment without her help.
She is constantly supportive of us, asking if we have any problems doing the tasks we are given, and she is always concerned about her pupils. She also thoroughly described this assignment to her students till we totally comprehended it. Dr. Nurhuda is a wonderful professor, and I am grateful for her.
On the other side, I want to express my gratitude to my family for their support as I worked on this project. As we are currently in MCO due to Covid-19 and must remain at home, my parents and siblings constantly push me to do my work first, and they also provide encouragement and suggestions whenever I run out of ideas. Not to mention all of my friends that assisted me and offered their knowledge with me while I was working on this project.
Finally, I want to express my gratitude to everyone who was directly or indirectly engaged in my project because their efforts aided me in completing it properly and effectively.

5 2.4 Description of Products and Service
Hedy’s is a Food brand consisting of biscuits and is an Islamic brand product and is owned by Muslims and has been operated by Syarikat Hedy’s International Sdn. Bhd.
And has its Headquarters in Bandar Putra, Kulai, Johor. Hedy’s was also established in 2019 and managed under Syalldy Golden Enterprise with the production of its first product which is ‘Kuih Batang Buruk’ with only hundreds of agents and operates only at home.
However, in 2020, Hedy's has managed to take a new step by upgrading the company’s status to Hedy’s International Sdn. Bhd. Currently, Hedy’s operates in a new building consisting of the Managing Office and Stock Operations division located in Bandar Putra, Kulai. Apart from that, Hedy’s has also successfully produced other products namely ‘Kuih Bangkit Gula Melaka’ and ‘Maruku Shake’ as additional products. Therefore, all three of these products are available at agents who have registered under this company and to get more info about all these Hedy’s biscuit, customers can go to Hedy’s Facebook Page. In terms of the price of Hedy’s biscuit, it is very affordable and worth it because each price is less than RM 30 ringgit for Peninsular Malaysia and less than RM 40 ringgit for Sabah and
6 Sarawak. We also provide ‘Cash on Delivery’ (COD) service for nearby customers and there is ‘Charge Delivery’ according to the area and there is also postage for customers who are outside the nearby area.
Although many consider Hedy’s to be a Raya biscuit and there are also skeptics who determine that the ‘Batang Buruk’ biscuit is eaten during the ‘Hari Raya’. However, the notion is wrong because Hedy’s is a snack that can be eaten every day, anytime and anywhere even outside of the ‘Hari Raya’ days. In a nutshell, Hedy’s can be eaten with coffee in the evening to replace banana fritters. In addition, Hedy’s can also be eaten while watching a movie instead of popcorn and Hedy’s can also replace curry puff or crackers to entertain guests who come to visit your house. Also, Hedy’s can also be used as a souvenir or handicraft if you visit your relatives’ house.
Market Segmentation
The target demographic and market segmentation of the business is at all ages. This is because, Hedy’s Premium ‘Batang Buruk’ product is the choice of Malaysians because there are already too many of these products on the market and become the talk of these biscuit fans. The proof is, many of the artists who have made a video review and the results and feedback found that Hedy’s products are very widely covered. These Hedy’s biscuits are delicious and premium quality. Therefore, when it is said that it is a premium product, it means that Hedy’s biscuits are not only of good quality, but it has also retained the original recipe and taste from Johor and has a very great management team.
7 2.5 Price List
When it comes to premium, the price will definitely be less than its competitors, but for fans of ‘Batang Buruk’ biscuits, the price is not an obstacle to get it. It is true that the price of Hedy’s is RM 25.90 each and if compared to the price of biscuits from other brands on the market, it is definitely around RM 18 to RM 23. Therefore, although the price is a little expensive, but the quality, taste and deliciousness cannot be matched by other brands in the market. Because of that, Hedy’s is a brand that is no stranger, it will be an industrial brand such as Coca Cola, Milo, Colgate, Maggi and others and for sure when Hedy’s brand is mentioned, people will recognize the product.
The price of Hedy’s is the same in the whole of peninsular Malaysia, which is 25.90 for ‘Batang Buruk’ and ‘Bangkit Gula Melaka’ biscuits, but in Sabah and Sarawak, the price of both biscuits is a little expensive at RM 30.90. For the price of ‘Maruku Shake’ in Peninsular Malaysia is RM 20.90 and RM 25.90 for Sabah and Sarawak. In addition, the price for postage of these biscuits is around RM 10 and depends on the amount. A part from that, the price for ‘Cash on Delivery’ is depends on the Kilometer (Km) which is 0-5 kilometers the price of charge is RM 2 and for 5.1 kilometers to 10 kilometers the price of charge is RM 4 and more than 10 kilometers the price of charge will be increase up to RM 22 if up to 55 kilometers.
