Realignment of the Reprogrammed 1992 Accounts, PGH Realignment of the balance of the Reprogrammed 1992 Accounts in the amount of P6.0 million UP PGH for the following:. Arrangements for visiting scientists will be made as follows: (a) a nomination of the visiting scientist by the sending institution to the prospective host institution, (b) approval and acceptance by the host institution, (c) appointment of an officer/mentor of the host faculty by the host institution, (d) time and duration of the appointment of the guest researcher. For University of the Philippines Dillman students studying at the University of Queensland, this requirement is met by the mandatory Overseas Student Health Cover required by the Australian Government.
A report will be made by both universities at the end of the second and fourth year of the agreement. The agreement will enter into force upon signature by the representatives of the two institutions and will be in force for five (5) years.

Qualifications - An applicant for the scholarship must
The recommendee must already have been admitted to that college before their recommendations are referred to the Chancellor of Student Affairs (in UP Diliman) or his/her equivalent (in other constituent universities) who administers the university's scholarship program. Field of study and level - Any diploma or master's program related to teaching offered at one of the constituent universities. Failure to comply with this requirement constitutes sufficient grounds to withdraw the scholarship.
The board approved the establishment of a post-harvest horticulture training and research center (JPHTRC) as a unit of the College of Agriculture, separate from the Ministry of Horticulture. Its establishment will enhance the effectiveness of the PHTRC through its linkage with both government and non-government agencies.
FINANCIAL MATTERS
Act as the implementing body and be responsible for the overall management and coordination of the Fisheries Sector Programme-Manpower Development Program for Fisheries (FSP-MDPF). Provide technical support as well as administrative support to the Training and Scholarship Committee iTSCI of FSP-MDPF whose functions include approval of scholarship applications and evaluation of academics' performance. Provide the guidelines for conducting evaluation, selection and approval of awardees for FSP-MDPF Degree Scholarship as well as financial liquidation and submission of technical/financial reports;.
