Having been in the diplomatic service since 1986, he also served as Consul at San Francisco, USA, and Consul General at Honolulu, Hawaii. He is currently the Convener of Policy Research at the Institute of Diplomacy and International Affairs of the Republic of China’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ambassador Wang acquired his education at the Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
