SUBJECT: Second Call for Proposals to the UPD Extension Grant 2018 DATE : 22 August 2018
We are pleased to announce that the Second Call for Proposals to the UP Diliman Extension Grant 2018 is now open for extension projects to be implemented in Academic Year 2018-2019.
The grant aims to promote and encourage faculty, REPS and staff to contribute to achieving excellence in social and public service, especially with the underserved sectors and communities. It provides up to a maximum amount of one hundred thousand pesos (Php100,000) to support MOOE expenses of extension projects that receive minimal or no funding support from any organization. In addition, we are allocating at least 5% of the 2018 Extension Grant budget to extension work that addresses gender and development (GAD) issues or concerns.
The deadline for submission of applications is on Friday, 28 September 2018. Early submissions are encouraged. Please submit proposals to the Office of Extension Coordination (OEC), OVCRD Lower Ground Floor PHIVOLCS Bldg., C.P. Garcia Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City.
Enclosed are the guidelines for the Extension Grant and a copy of the application form. These may also be downloaded from the OVCRD website http://www.ovcrd.upd.edu.ph/.
Proponents must submit their complete proposal, updated CV, and other attachments in both hard and electronic copy (email to [email protected]) on or before the deadline.
