Please be informed that the results for reconsideration is now available at the respective deans’ offices except for College of Science, College of Education, College of Criminal Justice Education and College of Engineering. The schedule of Pre- enrollment for those who passed the screening for reconsideration will be on
June 13-14, 2019
. During these dates, the following documents must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office.Documents needed:
1. Photocopy of Admission/Medical Slip;
2. Form 138/High School Card (Original and Photocopy);
3. Certificate of Good Moral Character;
4. Birth Certificate (Photocopy); and
5. 2 pcs of 2x2 ID Picture with white background.
Failure to report on any of the designated dates shall mean disinterest thus forfeiting the privilege to enroll in the university
