Modifications in the Invitation to Bid
This Bid Bulletin no. 2 is issued to modify or amend items in the Bidding Documents for project:
“Procurement of Statistics Software for the College of Engineering (G-2022-07)”
This shall form an integral part of the said Bidding Documents.

7 The Bulacan State University (BulSU) will hold an Online Pre-Bid Conference on October 13, 2022 (Thursday), 9:00 a.m. at the Accreditation Room, 3rd Floor, Natividad Hall (College of Engineering Building) BulSU Main Campus, Malolos City, Bulacan, which shall be open to prospective bidders.
The Pre-bid Conference shall be open to all interested parties. Bidders are encouraged to send their authorized technical and/or administrative representatives who will prepare the bid documents to ensure completeness and compliance of bids.
The Bulacan State University (BulSU) will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on October 13, 2022 (Thursday), 9:00 a.m.
