Monthly salary: 17,553/ SG 6-1

Place of Assignment: Human Resource Management office

with the following Minimum Qualification Standards as per approved Merit Selection Plan (MSP) for Non-Academic Persomel and CSC Memorandum Circular No. 12, s. 2019;

• Education: Completion of two year studies in college

• Training: 4 hours of relevant training

• Experience: 1 yearofrelevant experience

• Eligibility: Career service (Sub-professional)/ First Level Eligibility DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

Under general supervision:

• Performs various apecialized human resource functions where actions are governed by estal]1ished policies or precedents and require no legal interpretation or decision.

• Prepares action on employment requests, appointments, salary adjustments, transfers, saparations, resignations and reinstatements,

• Acts on applicalons for leaves, pemission to engage in outside business, to teach outside of office hours, to write books, etc.

• Assists in the preparation ofplantilla.

• Checks assignment lists of faculty members and employees.

• Records efficiency ratings and files by schools.

• Prepares leave without pay records offaculty menlbers and other employees.

• Doesrelatedwork.

1. Application letter addressed to the University President Dr. Cecilia S. Navasero-Gascon;

2. Resume with one (I) Recent passport-sized picture;

3. Fully Accomplished Personal Data Shect ¢DS) with recent passport-sized picture (CS Form No. 212 Revised 2018) which can be downloaded at www.csc.gov.Dh (if contracted by government agency);

4. Performance rating in the last rating period (for private companies/ institution) / IPCR for government;

5. Photocopy of the following supporting documents: (Original copies shall be presented for validation) o Transcript of Records

a Ihiploma

a Certificate of Grades (number of units earned in Graduate studies (if applicable) o Seminar / Certificates attended for the last five (5) years

o Certificate of Board of Ratings / Eligibility (if applicable) o Certificate/s of Employment signed by previous employer.

NOTE:
