Plans the daily menus to be served;

Order daily marketing supplies
Keeps records of all kitchen supplies and mess supplies and equipment;
MaintainingthecleanlinessofallfoodserviceequipmentandbeautificationoftheUniversityHostel;
Conductsstudiesandexperimentsonspecialphaseofculinarycookingtoimprov6mentandtechniquesof modern cooking;
• Prepares and submits required reports.
