This Office, in support to the Ten Outstanding Students of the Philippines (TOSP) Foundation, invites all concerned on the conduct of the 2nd Student Affairs Forum anchored on the theme: “Schools as Breeding Ground of Nation-Builders”. This will be held at the Holy Angel University, Angeles City on April 19, 2018 from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

The objectives of the forum are:

1. To spread the TOSP message of youth participation in nation building;

2. To recognize the role of schools in providing opportunities for students leading to nation-building ;

3. To increase TOSP nominations; and

4. To expound the recent changes in the TOSP Awards Rules

Expected participants are two (2) Student Affairs Administrators/Representatives and one (1) student representative. No registration fee shall be charged to participants.
