The Research Information and Technology Transfer Division (RITTD) of the Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, Emerging Technology Research, and Development (PCIEERD) is looking for a result driven, analytical, detail oriented and resourceful individual to fill the vacancy for:
Project Assistant III Contract of Service
SG 12 – Php27,525.60/mo Qualification:
• Must be a BS Degree holder in Management, Marketing and other related fields;
• Experience in administrative work and events management is an advantage;
• Analytical thinker and systematic worker;
• Possesses basic secretarial and communication skills;
• Knowledgeable in computer applications (presentations, spreadsheets, databases, and data mining).
Job Description:
• Serves as budget officer for division projects;
• Inventory and equipment monitoring of RITTD projects in coordination with Property Management Section;
• Monitors RITTD indirect cost expenses and utilization in coordination with Accounting Section;
• Staff support for the PCIEERD D3 MILES (DOST-DTI-DICT Multi-agency for International and Local Events for Startups)
