The Finance and Administrative Division (FAD) of the Philippine Council for Industry, Energy, Emerging Technology Research, and Development (PCIEERD) is looking for a result driven, analytical, detail oriented and resourceful individual to fill the vacancy for:
Administrative Officer IV (Financial Analyst II) (Permanent) PCIEERDB-ADOF4-7-2010
SG 15 – Php 35,097.00/mo
Qualification:
• Career Service Professional Eligible or PRC Registered Professional (without this eligibility application will not be processed);
• Must be a BS Degree Holder in Accounting, Finance or other related fields;
• With at least one (1) year relevant experience in Government Accounting;
• With at least four (4) hours of relevant training;
• With effective leadership, management and interpersonal skills;
• With excellent skills on decision making, critical thinking, and problem solving;
• Excellent in oral and written communication, and making presentations;
• With excellent skills on people management;
• Must be a team player with food working attitude, commitment and dedication;
• Must have advance knowledge in Government Accounting.
Job Description:
• Implements policies and procedural decisions of management;
• Performs fund control, accounting functions;
• Performs other duties of a regular or special nature as assigned.
