In the exigency of the service, the Oversight Committee on PBB Compliance is hereby reconstituted to be composed of the following:
Ensure that PCIEERDsatisfies the eligibility criteria for PBB to include:
Good GovernanceConditions;
Performance Targets;
PerformanceRatings ofEmployees and CES Positions OtherCross-cutting Requirements
Ensure the timely submission of reports and requirements for compliance to PBB guidelines
Strengthen the communication strategyto ensure transparency and accountability in the implementation ofthe PBB;
Coordinate with monitoring agencies such as the DBM, CSC, IATAF and AO 25 Secretariat among others.
Create Technical Working Groups (TWG) if necessaryto assist in the compliance of requirementsof PBB.
Submit semi-annual accomplishments to the PCIEERD Development Committee (PDC) relativeto Committee functions.
