The notice will be issued within seven (7) calendar days from the date of bid opening. To assist in the evaluation, comparison and post-qualification of the tenders, the Procuring Entity may ask any Bidder in writing for an explanation of its bid. Ten percent (10%) of the amount of each payment shall be retained by the Procuring Entity to cover the Supplier's warranty obligations under this Contract as described in Clause 17 of the GCC.
