Invitation for Negotiations:
Re-Negotiated - Retrofitting of CIT Building (INFRA-2023-01)
1. The Bulacan State University, through the Income Fund 2023, intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Two Million Eight Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty-Eight Pesos and 04/100 (� 22,878,928.04) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Re-Negotiated Procurement:
Retrofitting of CIT Building (lnfra-2023-01). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Bulacan State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non
discretionary ''pass/fail" criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the BulSU-Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat through the contact details given below and inspect the Bidding Documents as posted on the websites of the BulSU and the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS).
5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on May 11, 2023 from given address and website/s below and upon payment of the applicable fee/or the Bidding Documents in the amount of Twenty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Pesos (P 22,900.00). Payment may be made over the counter through the BulSU Cashier Office or through online payment: Bulacan State University Landbank Account Number: 2792-100522. Contractors/bidders who paid and joined in the previous failed biddings will no longer be charged.
6. The Bulacan State University will hold a Pre-Nego Conference on May 15, 2023 (Monday), 1:00 p.m., at the University Library Ground Floor Bulacan State University, City of Malolos, Bulacan 3000 which shall be open to all interested parties.
