RESUMPTION OF MAIN BUILDING CLINIC OPERATIONS

We are happy to announce that the clinic located in the St. La Salle building has resumed operations. The formerly known Main Clinic will now serve as the school’s Satellite Clinic and will cater to the immediate medical needs of Grades 5-10 and nearby offices. It will be operational on weekdays, except Wednesdays, from 7:30 AM until 1:30 PM where one nurse will be assigned there. In the event that only two (2) nurses will be available in the Alabang Campus, the Satellite Clinic will be temporarily closed, and all cases shall again be directed to the Lower Grades Clinic.

The Lifeline team will be stationed in front of the Satellite Clinic. After initial assessment and stabilization, cases that require further evaluation, isolation, or need to be sent home shall be brought to the Lower Grades Clinic by the Lifeline ambulance. The nurse assigned in the Satellite Clinic shall inform the Physician-On-Duty of the incoming patient via theAlabang Clinic Hotline.

TheSatellite Clinicwill attend to the following concerns:

● First aid (initial assessment and stabilization of injuries, cleaning of wounds, splinting of sprains/fractures, or ice packing)

● Blood pressure monitoring

● Temperature checking

● Over-the-counter medications for fever, pain, allergies, and hyperacidity

Those who will secure medical clearanceand are near the Satellite Clinic may go there. Pertinent details will be obtained and documents, if available, will be validated by the Physician-on-Duty via theClinic Hotlinethen the clearance will be sent to the adviser/immediate head via email. If the patient, however, could not be cleared yet, the person will be brought to the Lower Grades Clinic and shall be fetched there.

The Alabang Clinic Hotline will remain functional and we request everyone to use the said hotline for medical concerns. In this way, we can send assistance as needed while allowing us to prepare what we need before the patient arrives in the clinic.

We wholeheartedly thank the Lasallian community for your continuous support and understanding.
