Whoever then relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but he who does them and teaches them shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

REFLECTION:

The Lord loves justice and goodness and he hates every form of wickedness and sin. He wants to set us free from our unruly desires and sinful habits, so that we can choose to live each day in the peace, joy, and righteousness of his Holy Spirit (Romans 14: 17). To renounce sin is to turn away from what is harmful and destructive for our minds and hearts, and our very lives.

As his followers we must love and respect his commandments and hate every form of sin. Do you love and revere the commands of the Lord?

PRAYER:

Lord Jesus, grant this day, to direct and sanctify, to rule and govern our hearts and bodies, so that all our thoughts, words and deeds may be according to your will. Amen.

We would like to invite all Math enthusiasts to participate in the Singapore and Asian Schools Math Olympiad or SASMO 2019 Contest. SASMO is a good opportunity for students to gain exposure to the rigours of the Math Olympiad and pit

their skills against counterparts from 20 participating countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Myanmar, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Vietnam, Bulgaria, etc.

SASMO will be held on April 6, 2019 from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the BB Grade School Building, De La Salle Lipa Integrated School. This is open to all Grades 2 to 10 students.

DEADLINE OF REGISTRATION IS MARCH 30, 2019.

The following will be the privileges of all SASMO medalists:

• SASMO Perfect Scorers will be awarded with $100.

• The Top 40% of students per level will also be awarded medals and certificates.

• SASMO medalists are qualified to Singapore International Mathematics Olympiad

From the Assistant Principal

1. On Animosaic – De La Salle Lipa is one with the Lasallian community in the Philippines in celebrating the 300^th anniversary of St. La Salle’s legacy through various activities, one of which is Animosaic: The Humans of St. La Salle, a creative and collective portrayal of the image of St. John Baptist de La Salle in each campus.

Here at our campus, we envision Animosaic to be a mosaic of artworks created by its stakeholders: students, Lasallian Partners, parents, alumni, and members of its adopted communities. In this regard, as we gather Lasallians to be part of this initiative, we hope to engage our Integrated School students by having one representative per class from Grades 4 to 12.

In line with this, ALL GRADE 11 & GRADE 12 CLASS PRESIDENTS are requested to attend the briefing on the activity’s mechanics today, March 27, 10 AM at the BHV Gym.

2. For Those Students Who Failed to Take the QA

a. Administration of the PARALLEL Test will be on March 26-28 in room MB 101.

b. Report to the Grade Moderator’s office and present your EXCUSE LETTER.

c. Get the copy of your ADMIT pass.
