The Company maintains smooth operations and discipline in the ranks as well as achieves all other ends through the corporate structure, which it has set and defined as follows:
1. Executive – comprising of the Managing Director.
2. Department Managers – composing of the heads of certain division like Engineering, Implementation, Micro Grid, Sales, Admin and Human Resources.
3. Supervisors – who are assistant head to a department under the direct supervision of the Managing Director 4. Officers – who lead a small unit like Designs, Operations & Maintenance.
5. Technical Staff – composed of Rank & File Employees with relative experience and decision – making abilities or
who provide routine helpers such as Technical Welder, Technical Electrician and drivers.

An innovative, highly organized Managing Director with a history of profound success in General Project Management for over 11 years. Mr. Patrick Zhu, with a commitment to quality and excellent standards, has been a seasoned team leader who worked for various well- known companies in Australia. Currently, as an accomplished leader with a proven record of superior results he acts as Managing Director for Maoneng Philippines for over 3 years now and together has been engaged as a Co-Founder of Maoneng Australia for over 10years which started in Australia as one of the top developers to answer the demand for renewable energy and has been driving the renewable industry since 2010.
He obtained his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting at Macquarie University.
Management Team
The following constitute the various key management members in the organization.
Engr. Jamitz Antonio is the Project Manager of Maoneng Philippines International Corporation. He has over 4 years of experience from various solar industries prior joining Maoneng Philippines. He was the Technical Engineer / Site Implementation Manager of One Renewable Energy; and was also the Engineering Math and Physics tutor for college and high school in selected schools in the Philippines.
He oversee the entire project implementation of the company and lead 6 technical manpower under his department.
Jamitz is a licensed Electrical Engineer, having graduated from the Technological University of the Philippines with a degree in BS Electrical Engineering. He is currently completing his Masters in Business Administration from the De La Salle University, Manila.
Engr. Joana Bueno is the Engineering Manager of Maoneng Philippines International Corporation. She oversee the entire operations of the Engineering Department from Designs, QA/QC and Operations and Maintenance. She is also the PIC for the technical and commercial proposals for clients.
Prior to her appointment, she was an Electrical Engineer Consultant of Snowy Owl Energy ltd. Before joining the group, Engr. Joan was a Design Engineer and Pre-Sales Engineer of One Commerce International Corporation. She started her electrical engineering career in National Grid Corporation of the Philippines and Nidec Corporation.
She graduated from the Don Mariano Memorial State University College of Engineering and was able to passed the licensure examination for electrical engineering.
Engr. Jhon Jhon Balandra is the Business Development Technical Manager of Maoneng Philippines International Corporation. He began his career as Training Staff Assistant and Special Project Staff in Institute of Integrated Electrical Engineers of the Philippines. He has worked in various roles in Grid Mangement Committee Inc. under the general management.
Before joining the group, Engr. Jhon was the Technical Engineer and Project Development of PowerSource Philippines Incorporated.
Engr. Jhon’s core function is the development of the company’s new business model providing renewable sources of energy to the far-flung areas of the country.
He received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Technological University of the Philippines and was a full time scholar of the Department of Science and Technology.
Engr. Melvin P. Ferreras is the Sales Manager of Maoneng Philippines International Corporation. He has a wide technical sales experience gained from various industry.
Engr. Melvin brings decades of technical sales experience in operation management, account management, facilities management, marketing and sales engineering.
Engr. Melvin received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tarlac State University. A licensed Electrical Engineering.
Sales Manager
Angelo Ramos is the Human Resources Manger of Maoneng Philippines International Corporation. He managed the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs for the entire Organization.
Reported to the Managing Director, assisted and advised company managers and director about Human Resources issues.
He has over 12 years of mid level and management experience from various industries prior joining Maoneng Philippines. He was the HR Recruitment and Operations Manager of Radiowealth prior joining the company; and was also the Talent Acquisition Officer for Datem Incorporated. He also held mid level management positions in an FMCG industries.
He graduated from the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila College of Human Development with a degree in BS Psychology.
Elizabeth Onate is the Admin Manager of Maoneng Philippines International Corporation. She manages the entire office administration ensure the smooth running of an office on a day-to-day basis.
15 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Logistics &
Importation, and Warehouse. She assists in the development and implementation of MPIC policies and procedures; manages and oversees the administration policies, programs and practices within the company;
She graduated from AMA Computer College with a Degree Bachelor in Science in Computer Science.
