I. Call to Order

Undersecretary Gil S. Beltran, BAC Chairperson, as the Presiding Officer, called the meeting to order at 2:20 PM and determined the quorum in attendance.

II. Highlights of the Meeting

 Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): PhP 1,290,000.00

 Originally scheduled at 10:00 AM due to lack of quorum but rescheduled at 2:00 PM at the same date and venue.

 BAC Secretariat introduced the attendees and presented the project’s ABC, timeline, technical and financial requirements, sealing and markings of bids, schedule of requirements and the technical specifications, and the Bid Data Sheet.

 For the color of Item No. 8 in the Schedule of Requirements, Blouse for Female, Light Blue, short sleeve should be light brown.

 Submission of prototypes is required before opening of bids. The deadline for submission is on October 26, 2018, 5:00 PM.

 According to the prospective bidder, there will be approximately 15 days to make all the required prototypes.

 Full button barong is required for the males.

 Production and measurements will commence on January 2019.

 The areas for evaluation of prototypes will be on the inseam, quality of buttons used, embroidery, design and workmanship.

 The fabric to be used should still be available anytime in FY 2019 to cover those newly hired employees who are going to be entitled for the clothing allowance during the year.

 Bidders must submit prototypes with at least two (2) different designs for each item.

III. Adjournment

There being no other matter to discuss, the meeting was adjourned at 3:00 in the afternoon.
