SUPPLEMENTAL / BID BULLETIN -1

This Bid Bulletin is issued to modify or amend items in the Bid Documents. This shall form an integral part of the Bid Documents. Please take note of the changes/adjustments for the project, 12- Month Contract for Security Services for Main and Satellite Campuses with an ABC of ₱ 31,414,002.20, as follows

:

A. Admin Fees and Technical Documents

 Cost of Administrative Fee will be followed on Section 9 of RA11917 to wit:

Section 9. Administrative Fee of PSAs. — The minimum administrative fee that may be charged by PSAs to its clients shall not be less than twenty percent (20%) of the total contract cost, subject to adjustment by the Department of Labor and Employment: Provided, That additional fees shall be charged for the acquisition and maintenance of extraneous tools and equipment used for security operation by the agency or required by the clients and for the continuous deployment of PSPs in hazardous conditions.”

 Vault should be provided by the Agency for the excess firearms.

 Statement of SLCC will be accepted. Supporting documents may be requested as part of the post qualification procedure.

 Existing partnership with a duly accredited Security Training Center must not be less than three (3) years.

B. Other Concerns and Reminders:

1. The BAC is still requesting prospective bidders to submit three (3) sets of bidding documents for simultaneous opening and evaluation of the BAC members and TWG.

2. Bid documents should be packaged well and should contain “dog tags” for easy scanning of all the BAC members.

Payment of bidding documents is required before the submission of bids. The deadline for bid submission is on March 29, 2023, at 8:00AM, late bids will not be accepted.

4. The face-to-face bid opening will be held on March 29, 2023, at 11:00AM at CvSU Hostel Tropicana.

Bid submission through courier system is also allowed. However, the bid documents must be received by the BAC before the deadline for submission of bids.

6. For the payment of bid documents, the prospective bidders are requested to coordinate with the BAC Secretariat. Online payment through Landbank Link.Biz is accepted.

7.

For those who are interested to attend the face-to-face bid opening, prospective bidders are advised to send one (1) representative only per company. The University is implementing a health protocol to be strictly observed.
