The Director of the Department of Communication, Public and International Affairs (DCPIA) oversees the department which consists of two divisions: the Strategic Communication and Public Affairs and the International Affairs and Liaison which responds to international and local cooperation of the University in accordance with the programs and requirements of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED). The Technical Support Staff of the Division of International Affairs and Liaison are the Head of Division and the Asst. Design, layout and edit publication material and advertisements for the internationalization initiatives of the University.

Another method as a teacher you should choose an interesting theme for the lesson; one that students can relate to and that you know they will enjoy. And you should always try to be positive even when some of the students make mistakes in class and don't forget to encourage them with a smile. And also, as a teacher you should be aware of the major mistakes such as grammar, word order and punctuation in the students' book and notebook.

Disturbed classroom environment A suitable and comfortable environment is the basic need in teaching. The resources that are essential for lecturing students to learn effectively are not all provided. If provided only well, it will make the lecture and the overall environment interesting and effective for the students and help them learn smoothly.

It's really hard for me to adapt to the environment and communicate with the students and it's so hard for me to manage the class and keep all the classes going the same way. Because of this problem, the students did not learn the technical terms and conditions of how to use different types of tenses and words of the English language in speaking. The quality of a good teacher is to recognize the problems and facilitate the best environments for the students and encourage them to learn.

During almost two months of teaching at the center, most of my students really rely on the translation of the lessons into Vietnamese. It is not only the instructional material, but also the recreational material required for the games that I have prepared for the students. These materials support the use of the IMs to effectively communicate learning to the students, but due to limited financial resources I have to resort to the materials available in the area or ask other teachers to use their toys for the lesson.

I have used the appropriate material for the lesson such as tien li xi (lucky money) and banh chung (chung cake) so that the students can both the Vietnamese and English words and fully understand it. While we use the modeling method, we can also use the cooperative method for the students to love having games in the lesson, which is a way to convey the lesson easily to them. Depending on the grade level of the students, these methods can make teaching the students much easier, which is efficient, convenient and time-saving.

If the teacher is not lively or simply boring, the students will also be bored and not active in the class. My practice teaching in Vietnam is one of the most important experiences that happened to me as a student of this institution.

Unfortunately, CHED has yet to issue a directive to replace CHED's Notice of Suspension of the Student Internship Abroad Program (SIAP). IFSU organized an orientation program on June 17, 2022 to familiarize parents and students with what to expect during an international internship at Thai Nguyen University of Agriculture and Forestry in Thai Nguyen Province, Vietnam. The value of international exposure for students is at a peak as the boundaries between countries and continents are rapidly blurring in many spheres. Exposure to diversity helps students build their intercultural competence so they can get the most out of the process of internationalization. In many ways, exposure to the world helps students break out of their shells, gain more confidence and broaden their horizons.

Three education students participated in the JENESYS program and an AYUMIN conference was attended by a BSE student. The results show that the JENYSYS and AYUMIN programs are beneficial to students because they expose them to the global population, building intercultural competence, which is considered vital in their field of expertise. This means that the programs are beneficial in terms of sharpening their skills and developing competence in their teaching career.
