Gender,

and

Deuelopment (GAD) Database",

all

concerned NAMRIA personnel are hereby directed to

fully

implement GADIS

for

the viewing, maintenance and updating

of

Sex Disaggregated

information. This

web-based

information

system

shali

be used to store relevant documentation for the planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation of GAD-mainstreamed projects. The GADIS data sha-ll be used

in

the identification of gender issues and

input in

the ^policy formulation and development of programs, activities and projects to address gender gaps.

A11 concerned Divisions and project implementers shall regularly update

the

GAD database. The Geospatial System Development Division (GSDD)

shall maintain this information

system

while the

NAMRIA GAD Focal Point System (GFPS) sha11 monitor the system implementation.
