Online (OL) Access to Grades, OL Assessment and Scheduling was completed for CY 2016 in the continued construction of systems of Registrar. Under ROTC there were 436 graduates, Potia Campus ROTC has overcome challenges and is Top 3 in the regional annual administrative tactical inspection for AY 2016. There have also been various improvements such as higher internet bandwidth, infrastructure and supplementary books and materials introduced and purchased in the various Campus Libraries which corresponds to recommendations resulting from accreditation.

IFSU Student Journalists Placed in Top 5 at Regional Higher Education Press Conference 2016 Decline in 2nd semester enrollment is a regular occurrence at the university. In extension and training, IFSU has worked to empower the Ifugao people by extending various trainings and workshops that have proven beneficial in improving the lives of the Ifugao people.

Also, an IFSU graduate in Bachelor of Science in Criminology was Top 9 in the April 2016 Licensure Examination for Criminology, as shown in the photo (right). In 2016, 9 IFSU programs from the different campuses were subjected to accreditation with the Accrediting Agency for Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP). The increase in the number of graduates was driven by the improved number of graduates in the Bachelor of Science in Criminology and the priority ODE/TE courses.

There were 6,224 (1st Semester) and 5,865 (2nd Semester) enrollees who were registered in the various IFSU campuses and service centers locally and overseas, as shown in Chart 1.

OL Access of Grades B. OL Assessment

SUPPORT TO OPERATIONS

The Department of Physical Education and Sports strives to teach the students the art and discipline of games and eventually produce the cream of the crop of students who will compete for IFSU glory. The IFSU Library enabled four (4) automated systems compared to its goal of one (1) this CY 2016, which are now operational and assisting students with their primary library needs. Figure 6 shows the interface of the web service of the IFSU library, which is located at http://www.ifsulibrary.com/ and was realized in 2016-2017.

IFSU Library is moving towards a centralized Library Management that would integrate other IFSU campuses and be more or less equivalent to the commercial system in the market. Photos 3-5 (L-R) show IFSU PE students competing in Taekwondo, swinging in the Cheering Dance Test and performing a field demonstration on the occasion of the 2016 IFSU Intramurals held at the IFSU Main Campus. In view of a growing exposure and interest in Mass Media, the Upland Student Publication gathered at least 104 student journalists in a seminar workshop under professional journalists and broadcasters in the region for CY 2016. There was an increase of 15%. against VK 2015 in the number of students in priority subjects were awarded with financial aid. 413 students who benefited from IFSU accommodation and rated the services with 94.29% as good/better/best.

Michelle Binwag, an IFSU graduate in Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, is one of 30 National Finalists in the ongoing Search for Ten Outstanding Students in the Philippines (TOSP) 2016. As a National Finalist, Binwag participated in the TOSP National Week Activities which consist of a three-day training programme, outreach and exposure activities on a schedule to be determined by the organisers. Sixty-five Diploma in Agricultural Technology - Bachelor in Agricultural Technology (DAT-BAT) students were approved for the Agro-Studies On the Job Training to Israel on several scheduled flights in CY 2016.

These positions for CY 2016 are up from the forty-one positions the university acquired in 2015. Ngohayon provides pre-departure guidance to agricultural students who have certified on-the-job training (OJT) in agro-studies. Israel. According to IFSU's affiliation with the Communication Agricultural Exchange Program (CAEP), seven (7) agricultural technology graduates have been accepted as exchange students at various colleges in the United States of America (US). 2016.

RESEARCH SERVICES

Pursue Excellence in Research and Development

IFSU researchers join Cordilleran colleagues at Regional Symposium on Education and Socio-Cultural Research. A seminar-workshop on intellectual property rights and patenting in July 2016 reinforces the goals of the department regarding patenting and writing intellectual works of IFSU researchers. The research proposal review gives equal opportunities to new and old researchers at IFSU to develop their research writing skills.

Pursue Excellence in Extension and Training

The number of stakeholders from IFSU LGUs who have been assisted in their development planning has improved impressively. This significant improvement can be attributed to IFSU's established leverage as a service provider of impactful projects and activities. The Ifugao Satoyama Meister Training Program is a special project funded by JICA, established after the Noto Satoyama Satoumi Meister Training Project.

Its aim is to empower the locals in the Globally Important Heritage Systems (GIAHS) designated "Ifugao Rice Terraces". For 2016, IFSU as one of the implementing agencies together with the University of the Philippines (UP) and the Provincial Government of Ifugao attended the training of 21 interns from heritage sites. Photo Shows: Twenty-one (21) stakeholders of the Ifugao UNESCO World Heritage Sites identified as Globally Important Agricultural Heritage Systems (GIAHS) completed their training under the Ifugao Satoyama Meister Training Program ( ISMTP) in the second year of implementation of this summit- organized with a graduation ceremony on March 15, 2016 at Ilob Village Inn, Bocos, Banaue, Ifugao.

The visit and interaction with their fellow trainees in Japan imparted the best Japanese practices of the Satoyama Meister training program to the Ifugao trainees as shown in the photo below. Ifugao Satoyama Meister Training Program (ISMTP) trainee Febe Bummael from Hungduan discusses her research results in front of Professor Koji Nakamura, ISMTP project manager, and other fellow ISMTP trainees. IFSU remains steadfast in maintaining 14 IGPs for 2016 from 11 in 2015 and strengthening its performance and services to satisfactorily generate and modestly increase IFSU's revenue over its projected tenure.

The department is attentive to the fiscal policies as well as reforms so that resource mobilization is accurate. The tables below outline the financial institution of IFSU for 2016 under the General Fund and Special Trust Fund. A file photo shows the various stakeholders of IFSU attending the Participatory Budgeting Process for the preparation of the FY 2017 budget in March 23, 2016.

Total Budget of the University of Groningen for 2016 from General Fund and Income by spending purpose in '000. The rational and high-performing number of IFSU employees, assisted by a significant number of contract and work-order employees, has supported the gradual realization of IFSU's vision to be an Academic Center of Excellence (ACE) spirit and supported. In doing so, they have ensured that both the faculty and all administrative staff are well-qualified and equipped with the right tools with a view to their individual tasks and functions.

Notable for 2016 is the acceptance of 46 IFSU Faculty and Staff employees into the CHED K+12 Transition Graduate Scholarship Program. Replacement of Humanities Building Ongoing Replacement of Girls Hostel Ongoing Rehabilitation of Academic Building Ongoing Establishment/Construction of Multi-. Various construction and rehabilitation/repair works of IFSU Lamut Campus (Rehabilitation of Home Technology Building).

The General Services Office (GSO) as the supervisor in the maintenance of buildings and facilities has generally ensured a safe workplace and conducive learning zone for students through regular maintenance of the university's environment, grounds and other assigned areas. In addition to the above, the GSO also secured IFSU vehicles by implementing a regular inspection of vehicles, especially before his trip, as well as maintaining the vehicle's cleanliness and expediting all official travel requests within a day. It also facilitated the purchase of 2 vehicles which will assist in the delivery of IFSU's plans and programmes.

Meanwhile, in the other areas of their services, the GSO has achieved 100% response time within 3 days for repairs of electrical services, as well as 100% functionality of lights/. Services performed by the Supply Office have resulted in the timely delivery of supplies to the offices, Colonel. In total, 98.25% of the inspected supplies and materials also complied with the descriptions in the PO.

Based on the above, 100% of the request for access to the documents in the file has been properly implemented. The University has also facilitated IFSU's planning and development strategies, as well as produced promotional materials which have helped strengthen and market IFSU as an educational institution and all its core services. Also, important reports were submitted to attached agencies that helped in timely evaluation of IFSU's performance of its Key Final Results (MFO).

He also enabled the cascading of organizational results or goals to the office and individuals and continuously improved the implementation of the Results Based Performance Management System (RBPMS) and Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) for CY 2017.
