He will have the power to convene meetings of the Board of Directors and of the general membership of the association. The first vice-president shall perform all the duties of the president in the latter's absence.
ADVISORY BODY
In the absence of the President and the First Vice President, the Second Vice President assumes the President's duties. The treasurer must within a reasonable time after receiving the association's funds and properties deposit in a reputable financial institution.
GENERAL MEETING
The Secretary shall keep minutes of all proceedings of the meetings of the Board of Directors, the Executive Committee, the U.P. Alumni Council, as well as the general membership of the association. He shall present a complete statement of accounts at the annual meeting of the association and perform all other functions inherent in the position of treasurer.
AMENDMENT
He shall generally perform all duties incidental to the office of the president and such other duties as may, from time to time, be assigned to him by the Board of Directors. In the case of the simultaneous incapacity of the president, the first vice-president and the second vice-president, the Board of Directors chooses from among themselves a president who holds office only for the unexpired part of the term of his predecessor.
